Everyone there is extremely helpful. Austin has always given me the best customer service and is so knowledgeable of the products. Very thankful to have people who actually know what they are talking about when it comes to shoes!

Wow I can’t describe how great my experience at my local Finish-line was! This nice Mexican fella with a sharp beard and big hands assisted me! They had a great selection of shoes and the manager Gabi was able to help me find a pair that was perfect for me! She went above and beyond in providing great customer service and the staff here were very friendly! Definitely coming back again! Thank you!

Excellent service! Zack was more than accommodating. He greeted me right when I walked in and hepled me efficiently and with a great attitude! He deserves a raise for sure!

Jay at finish line was great! He had amazing customer service skills and I could tell he really cared about his job and the customers. He had a line of people and still greeted everyone. Store was clean and well taken care of, best place to get shoes in the mall! Thanks Jay!

First I would like to say this store was immaculate. I have been to this store a handful of times and each time I have gone the store is very clean. Not only was it clean but also very organized which I feel like I never see anymore for a shoe/clothing store. Secondly I want to point out that the staff are super nice and helpful. The staff I particularly want to refence is the store manager Gabi and one of the staff name Jay. Each time I have gone in I have dealt with each of them and they have both been a delight to deal with. Both were super friendly, always had a smile on there face and willing to go the extra mile necessary to have a customer leave with a pleasant experience. As a minority myself I was extremely please to see other minorities working at this store. I love to see diversity in any business and makes me want to spend my money at stores such as Finish line for reasons such as this and many others. Lastly I am social worker and the last two times in particular I have gone into this store I had individuals with disabilities with me as I work with this population on community engagement and working on appropriate social skills when in the community. As a professional in this field I am a strong advocate for treating people with kindness and respect. This being said both Gabi and Jay were fantastically kind and respectful to the individuals I had with me and treated them with the up most respect and human decency. I am so grateful as a customer, professional and advocate that such professional, diversity, and kind hearted staff working at Finish Line.
